mine\u2014is that God chooses to deliberately stay off
\n the\n <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

playing \ue0c4eld in order to let fr<\/span>eedom of choice create\n <\/div>\n
the new and original experiences that the Universe
\n affor<\/span>ds\n <\/div>\n
and that God seeks through us\u2026.\u201d (p. 23)<\/div>\n
\u201cThe idea of an in\ue0c4nite conscious intelligence with
\n in\ue0c4nite\n <\/div>\n
potential, whose ideas become the laws of physics\n <\/div>\n
of our Universe and others, makes sense to me. The\n <\/div>\n
consciousness providing purpose can be called God,\n <\/div>\n
who transforms potential into experience and gives
\n our\n <\/div>\n

such as you and I. His consciousness caused this

it is his consciousness that we share and that is

\n straight out of\n <\/div>\n
Summa I.<\/div>\n
Thus, note that Haisch\u2019<\/span>s
\n key and central ideas (2006 and\n <\/div>\n
2010) very directly<\/span>, to
\n put it mildly<\/span>, precisely parallel or\n <\/div>\n
restate \u2013 ideas pr<\/span>offered
\n in Summa I (1988) and Summa II\n <\/div>\n
(2005).<\/div>\n
Note, however<\/span>, that in the
\n \u2018history of ideas\u2019 it is not\n <\/div>\n
unusual for (alleged) \u2018conceptual breakthr<\/span>ough\u2019 ideas to\n <\/div>\n
\u2018bubble up\u2019 simultaneously in two unrelated
\n quarters. Of\n <\/div>\n
course, in his case there ar<\/span>e multiple identical concepts\n <\/div>\n
bubbling-up here simultaneously \u2013 and ther<\/span>ein lies the\n <\/div>\n
issue.<\/div>\n
Now<\/span>, vis \u00e0 vis<\/span>
\n my parochial inter<\/span>ests, I am \ue0c4ne with\n <\/div>\n
several almost-identical concepts to my own being\n <\/div>\n
prof<\/span>fered-forth by a \ue0c4ne
\n astrophysicist. It should be noted,\n <\/div>\n
however<\/span>, that Summa I
\n enjoyed considerable global\n <\/div>\n
traction for over 18 years (both online and hard
\n copy)\n <\/div>\n
before Haisch\u2019<\/span>s works on
\n cosmology (2006 and 2010).\n <\/div>\n
One may<\/span>, of course, give
\n San Francisco-based Haisch\n <\/div>\n
the bene\ue0c4t-of-the-doubt and deem him innocent of\n <\/div>\n
conscious wrongdoing.<\/div>\n
Vis \u00e0 vis the global community\u2019<\/span>s interests, I am of course<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
glad that the concepts are being given traction \u2013 fr<\/span>om\n <\/div>\n
whatever serious corner<\/span>.
\n May this trend continue in its\n <\/div>\n
intended spirit of Good W<\/span>ill
\n to all mankind.\n <\/div>\n
